2025 Congregational Survey Now Open

Please take the 2025 Congregational Survey! The survey can be accessed HERE.

If you would prefer to complete a paper copy of the survey, please contact Katie at admin@mayflowermpls.org or 612-824-0761 to request a copy to be mailed to you.

The survey will close on February 2. We will present our findings to the congregation at the May Annual Meeting.
